Delivery
Deliveries will be made to UK addresses only and will be sent using Royal Mail. Most deliveries will be sent within 2-3 days of online payment, however, please allow 14 days at busy times. Please allow 10 working days for cheques to clear before goods are sent.Returns/Refund Policy
Please inspect your goods on arrival. If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason please inform us within seven days of your receipt of the products. We will be happy to refund the goods as long as the product is unused and in it's original packaging suitable for re-sale. Postage & packing costs are to be paid for by the customer and are non refundable unless the item is faulty then special arrangements will be made, please email for details. We advise that if you are returning a product to us that you ensure that it is adequately insured during the return journey as we cannot be held reponsable for loss or damage in the post.
